Delivery Time.
For commissioned and recycled/remelt pieces time will vary and you will be notified by email of the expected delivery date.
If you require a piece by a specific date please let me know when ordering and I will do my best to get it to you by that date.
Orders within Ireland and the United Kingdom will be sent by registered post at my standard rate.
For orders outside these locations please email me for postage rates as rates will vary.
All items are sent by registered post to the delivery address you have specified. When ordering please give your full address and remember all deliveries will have to be signed for.
Recycle / Reuse gold.
If you would like me to handcraft a piece of jewellery for you by using your own gold please contact me first. Do not send any gold to me until I have been in contact with you. If you are not able to visit me in person with the gold it must be sent by registered post directly from you to my workshop. I cannot be held responsable for any lost items.
Sent gold jewellery will be checked for re-usabality. Any item that I can not use will be returned and I will advise you on the reason (usuall because its gold plate or rolled gold). Any salvageable gold left over, if any, after the piece is finished will also be returned back to you.
Any gemstones that are not used in the finial piece will be returned. Please note that when removing gemstones from their settings that the gemstones can get damaged in their removal. This will depend on the combination of the type of gemstone and its type of setting. I will always do my upmost to advoid damaging any gemstone.
It can take between 4 to 6 weeks from order for the piece to be finished. If for any reason,like a specific item need to be ordered for the design, that will add extra time to the work, I will of course keep you informed. If you need it by a specific date please let me know when ordering and I will do my best to get it to you by that date. Please note that unless requested I do not hall mark any items made from recycled gold.
Finished pieces will be delivered after they have been paid in full. I will inform you of the cost before any work has been commenced.
My Aim.
All jewellery is hand made by me at my studio workshop. My aim is to make jewellery to a high standard.
